Sleep is one of the routines that our body needs. Anyone should sleep the necessary hours, not just to be able to continue with their usual routine, but also to prevent premature aging and other conditions that we can encounter if we do not have a good quality of sleep.

Who suffers more insomnia?
Insomnia, as a general rule, begins to appear in adolescents, extends into adulthood, and affects almost 100% of the elderly. There are more and more people who, because of the routines and lifestyle we lead, cannot get to sleep well. This lack of sleep translates into conditions and diseases that could be avoided.

Consequences of not sleeping well
According to the National Institute of Health of the United States, the consequences of not sleeping well are the following:

What can be done to get good sleep?
If we want to be able to sleep well, there are a number of tips and routines that we can apply to our lives. In this way, we will see that once we have become accustomed to these routines, even if we have little movement during the day, we can get a good night's sleep.

It is important:
Have an established sleep schedule: You should mark a time when we should go to bed at the same time each day, even on weekends. In this way, without us having to make any effort, our body will get used to falling asleep at this time.
Develop a routine before going to sleep; Establishing a routine will help us guide our body to sleep on a regular basis. For example, having dinner for an hour, watching TV a bit or reading a book, brushing your teeth and going to bed can be one of the best routines to induce sleep.
